Afterwards, further information about your "Roulette Apartment" will be provided by email.
Any modification on the part of the customer after the initial reservation is made could change the conditions of this offer.

All apartments are equipped with bed and bathroom linen and kitchen utensils, hairdryer. Weekly linen change, daily cleaning, change of towels three times a week.

Please note:

• The rates are per night per apartment (not per person) and are liable to possible variations that do not depend on Formentera Libre. The word "from" above each rate indicates it is the lowest registered for that period.
• Minimum stay of 3/5 nights
• All prices include the normal usage of electricity, water, gas and check in/check out cleaning (not washing up), as well as the use of sheets and towels
• The rates do not include the "Ecotasa" (sostainable turism tax imposed by the Balearic goverment), to be payed at check-in. The rate varies from 1€ to 4€ per day per person depending on the category of accommodation. Children under 16 years of age remain exempt.

Cancellaction policy

• If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
