To confirm a reservation it is necessary to pay a deposit equal to 30%, 40% or 50% (depending on the accomodation) of the total ammount of the stay and any additional services through bank transfer or credit card. The rest will be paid in cash or with credit card to our local representative (in Ibiza) or by bank transfer 30 days prior to the day of arrival.
30 days before your arrival you will receive a mail from our administration and you will be able to decide whether to pay 30 days before your arrival date: 1) With a credit card through our secure payment system or 2) Via bank transfer.
All prices include the normal consumption of electricity, water and gas. Cleaning service on arrival and departure is included such as the use of linen and towels. Rates are quoted in euros (€) and Formentera Libre reserves the right to modify them OR updating them according to the rules "Best Available Rate".
CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in will take place from 3 pm, unless the accomodation is available before.
Check-out between 10 am an 12 am, to allow the cleaning of the facilities accomodation.
Some accomodations may require a deposit, as a guarantee in case of property damage. The deposit will be requested upon arrival and returned at departure, once verified the absence of damages.
The minimum stay for the mayority of the accomodations is 3 or 5 nights, depending by the period and the accomodation.
In high season some accomodation require the minimum stay of 7 nights.
- For cancellations or modifications up to 31 days before your arrival date, Formentera Libre will hold the cost of the first night and will give you back the rest of the deposit paid
- For cancellations or modifications between the 30 and 14 days prior to your arrival date, Formentera Libre will hold the deposit paid for the confirmation
- For cancellations or modifications made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, Formentera Libre will charge the full amount of the reservation
In any case Formentera Libre or its employees will be responsable for damages suffered by the customer or their property. Nor will be responsible for the apartment during your stay, including theft, fires and floods. For car hire, transfers and excursions services, Formentera Libre acts as an intermediary between the client and the supplier who is responsible.
