Opened in 2011, Can Dani restaurant is located at km 8.5 of carrettera De La Mola.
The restaurant is led by owner Dani Serra Vicente, and by 2014 has entered the list of the best restaurants in the world, as you can say of the places rewarded with famous 'star' from prestigious Michelin guide.
The event is historical for Formentera, as Can Dani is the first restaurant of the Pitiüses to receive this award.
The success of 'cocina del raiz' by chef Ana Jiménez García, which the famous guide has conquered trova the restaurant's customers, is the searching for a fun and honest food experience, with the combination of a traditional and yet creative style, made of fine but simple dishes not giving up generous portions, as for the local tradition.
