Located in the Es Caló area of Formentera, just a 100 metres from it's quiet beach, the PSC apartments are composed of studios and apartments.
The studios include an equipped kitchenette with oven, mircrowave and fridge, 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and terrace.
The apartments include a double bedroom, kitchenette equipped with oven microwave and fridge, sitting room with 2 individual sofa-beds, bathroom with shower, terrace and a vast community garden.
Both studios and apartments are equipped with airconditioning, satellite tv and free wifi.
The building also has a restaurante, a small supermarket in the area and a childrens park.
All apartments are equipped with bed and bathroom linen and kitchen utensils.

All prices include the normal usage of electricity, water, gas and check in/check out cleaning (not washing up), as well as the use of sheets and towels
The rates do not include the "Ecotasa" (sostainable turism tax imposed by the Balearic goverment), to be payed at check-in. The rate varies from 1€ to 4 € per day per person depending on the category of accommodation. Children under 16 years of age remain exempt.

Cancellaction policy

For cancellation within 30 days before arrival or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be paid.
