Tourist apartment complex located in the Centre of Es Pujols, just 200 m. from the beach.
The complex, situated on 2 floors, has 48 studio apartments, all with private bathroom, living room with 2 single beds (joinable) and kitchenette, air-conditioning, tv and most of them with balcony.
Reception and swimming pool.
All apartments are equipped with bed and bathroom linen and kitchen utensils. Towels on alternate days and cleaning and linen change once a week.

All prices include the normal usage of electricity, water, gas and check in/check out cleaning (not washing up), as well as the use of sheets and towels
The rates do not include the "Ecotasa" (sostainable turism tax imposed by the Balearic goverment), to be payed at check-in. The rate varies from 1€ to 4€ per day per person depending on the category of accommodation. Children under 16 years of age remain exempt.

Cancellaction policy

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
The total amount of the reservation will be paid 30 days before arrival.
For cancellation within 30 days before arrival or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be paid.
