- The studios with capacity for 2 people consist of living room with 2 single sofa beds and a kitchenette, bathroom and balcony.
- The 1 bedroom apartments with capacity for 2 or 4 persons consist of 1 double room, living room with 2 single sofa beds and a kitchenette, bathroom and balcony.
Also has a ceiling fan and a small community pool.
All apartments are equipped with bed and bathroom linen and kitchen utensils. Cleaning and change of sheets and towels once a week.

The rates do not include the "Ecotasa" (sostainable turism tax imposed by the Balearic goverment), to be payed at check-in. The rate varies from 1€ to 4 € per day per person depending on the category of accommodation. Children under 16 years of age remain exempt.

Cancellaction policy:

Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival.
The total amount of the reservation will be paid 20 days before arrival.
For cancellation within 15 days before arrival or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be paid.
