This tourist apartment complex is considered one of the best of Island and is the ideal place to spend a pleasant stay in Formentera. Just 200 metres from the beach and right in the tourist centre of Es Pujols, it consists of 24 modern and comfortable apartments and studios with a great view over S'Estany Pudent and in the natural reserve of Ses Salines.
All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone and a safe.
The one bedroom apartments are equipped with two single beds (90x1, 90m) with two bedside tables with individual light, dresser with mirror, large wardrobe and optional safe; a kitchen with fridge and utensils for cooking, a living room with 1 double sofa-bed suitable for 2 people, dining table with 4 chairs and balcony or terrace.

The complex has a swimming pool surrounded by a terrace-solarium with panoramic view of S'Estany Pudent.
All apartments are equipped with bed and bathroom linen and kitchen utensils, hair dryer. Weekly linen change, change of towel daily, cleaning three times a week.

All prices include the normal usage of electricity, water, gas and check in/check out cleaning (not washing up), as well as the use of sheets and towels
The rates do not include the "Ecotasa" (sostainable turism tax imposed by the Balearic goverment), to be payed at check-in. The rate varies from 1€ to 4€ per day per person depending on the category of accommodation. Children under 16 years of age remain exempt.

Cancellaction policy

If cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
The total amount of the reservation will be paid 15 days before arrival.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
