Small apartment complex located near the Formentera salt mine. The MYS are nearto the road to Illetas, one of the most beautiful and well-known beaches on the island. All apartments, studios and 1-bedroom apartments, look at the central swimming pool of the complex. The studios for 2 people consist of a living room with 2 single sofa-beds, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The 1-bedroom apartments for 2/4 people consist of 1 double room, a living room with 2 single sofa-beds, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. All are equipped with microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker, flat screen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, wi-fi and terrace. All apartments are equipped with bed and bathroom linen and kitchen utensils.
Cleaning and change of sheets every 7 days, change of towels twice a week.

The rates do not include the "Ecotasa" (sostainable turism tax imposed by the Balearic goverment), to be payed at check-in. The rate varies from 1€ to 4 € per day per person depending on the category of accommodation. Children under 16 years of age remain exempt.

Cancellaction policy:

Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival.
The total amount of the reservation will be paid 20 days before arrival.
For cancellation within 15 days before arrival or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be paid.
