Typical styled house divided in 4 apartments inmersed in between the mediterranean pine trees in the area of Portu Saler. Just a few kms away form the port of La Savina, the natural park of Las Salinas and the wonderful beaches of Illetas.
The house is surrounded by a gorgeous garden with pine trees and bougainville plants, it looks out onto the S'Estany des Peix lake and has an amazing view to the port of La Savina. Further out one can spot the sea and the island of Ibiza.
One bedroomed apartaments composed of 1 double room, sitting room with kitchenette and 2 individual sofa beds, terrace and garden.
All apartments are equipped with bed and bathroom linen and kitchen utensils. Once a week cleaning and towel and linen change.

All prices include the normal usage of electricity, water, gas and check in/check out cleaning (not washing up), as well as the use of sheets and towels
The rates do not include the "Ecotasa" (sostainable turism tax imposed by the Balearic goverment), to be payed at check-in. The rate varies from 1€ to 4 € per day per person depending on the category of accommodation. Children under 16 years of age remain exempt.

Cancellaction policy
