Las Dunas apartments are located close to one of the best beaches on the island, Es Arenals - Migjorn.
Surrounded by a lush pine forest, is the perfect accommodation close to the sea, surrounded by a quite pine forest.
The nearest village is Es Caló, which is about 3 km away, where there is a bus stop, restaurants, a small supermarket and a bank. The port of La Savina and Es Pujols are approximately 11 km away.
The Accommodation are simple but functional and consist of studios and 2-bedroom apartments.
The studios (max 2 people) with 2 beds, equipped kitchenette, table with 2 chairs, bathroom and air conditioning.
The two-room apartments (max 5 people) have 2 double bedrooms, living room with table and chairs, equipped kitchenette, bathroom and terrace.
All apartments are equipped with bed linen, towels, pots and pans (basic equipment). Cleaning and change of sheets weekly and towels twice a week.

The rates do not include the "Ecotasa" (sostainable turism tax imposed by the Balearic goverment), to be payed at check-in. The rate varies from 1€ to 4 € per day per person depending on the category of accommodation. Children under 16 years of age remain exempt.

Cancellaction policy:

The total amount of the reservation will be paid 30 days before arrival.
For cancellation within 30 days before arrival or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be paid.
