Two houses divided into 3 different apartments, situated in the quiet area of Ca Marì and only 5 minutes away from the wonderful long beach of Mitjorn, one of the best of the island.
The 1 bedroomed apartments with capacity for 2 people have a private bathroom, 1 double bedroom, sitting room, kitchen and terrace.
The 2 bedroomed apartment that can fit 4 people is composed of a private bathroom, 2 double bedrooms, sitting-dinning room, kitchen and terrace.
All apartments are equipped with bed and bathroom linen and kitchen utensils. Cleaning and sheet change once a week, towel change twice a week.

All prices include the normal usage of electricity, water, gas and check in/check out cleaning (not washing up), as well as the use of sheets and towels
The rates do not include the "Ecotasa" (sostainable turism tax imposed by the Balearic goverment), to be payed at check-in. The rate varies from 1€ to 4€ per day per person depending on the category of accommodation. Children under 16 years of age remain exempt.

Cancellaction policy:

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
The total amount of the reservation will be paid 30 days before arrival.
For cancellation within 30 days before arrival or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be paid.
