Old finca (typical agricultural House of Formentera) restored and divided into 5 apartments, including 2 studios, 1 apartment with one bedroom, 1 apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 apartment with 3 bedrooms.
The finca is situated in the centre of the island, on a small hill near the junction of Ca Mari, 1 Km from San Ferran, 5 Km from the tourist centre of Es Pujols and at 6 Km from the port of La Savina.
- The 2 bedroomed apartment with maximum capacity for 4/5 people is composed of a bathroom, 2 double bedrooms, sitting room with individual sofa-bed, equipped kitchen and terrace.
At 500 mtrs you can find a supermarket and all kinds of services.
All apartments are equipped with bed and bathroom linen and kitchen utensils. Cleaning and change of sheets and towels once a week.

The rates do not include the "Ecotasa" (sostainable turism tax imposed by the Balearic goverment), to be payed at check-in. The rate varies from 1€ to 4 € per day per person depending on the category of accommodation. Children under 16 years of age remain exempt.
Cancellaction policy:
