Old finca (typical agricultural House of Formentera) restored and divided into 5 apartments, including 2 studios, 1 apartment with one bedroom, 1 apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 apartment with 3 bedrooms.
The finca is situated in the centre of the island, on a small hill near the junction of Ca Mari, 1 Km from San Ferran, 5 Km from the tourist centre of Es Pujols and at 6 Km from the port of La Savina.
- The 3 bedroomed apartment with maximum capacity for 6 people is composed of an complete bathroom inside plus an outside bathroom (wc + basin), 3 double bedrooms, equipped kitchen and terrace.
At 500 mtrs you can find a supermarket and all kinds of services.
Cleaning and change of sheets and towels once a week.

Please note: 

• The rates are per night per apartment (not per person) and are liable to possible changes that do not depend on Formentera Libre
• Minimum stay of 5 nights
• All prices include the normal usage of electricity, water, gas and check in/check out cleaning (not washing up), as well as the use of sheets and towels
• The rates do not include the "Ecotasa" (sostainable turism tax imposed by the Balearic goverment), to be payed at check-in. The rate varies from 1€ to 4 € per day per person depending on the category of accommodation. Children under 16 years of age remain exempt.

Cancellaction policy

• For cancellations or modifications up to 31 days before your arrival date, Formentera Libre will hold the cost of the first night and will give you back the rest of the deposit paid
• For cancellations or modifications between the 30 and 14 days prior to your arrival date, Formentera Libre will hold the deposit paid for the confirmation
• For cancellations or modifications made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, Formentera Libre will charge the full amount of the reservation
